Report An Issue / Service Request

Have you noticed graffiti that needs removal or a pothole that needs paving? You can help report non-emergency problems to the city with Farmington Fix

New Farmington Fix Hub

The newly released Farmington Fix Hub allows residents to plot the exact location of the problem they’re reporting on a map. To submit a report, simply click on the category that best describes the type of problem being reported. Then fill out the survey prompts with as much detail as possible. The appropriate staff member will receive the submission during regular business hours and plan out a course of action. Staff will follow up on a submission only if additional context is needed.

Types of problems residents can report are listed below:

  • Code Enforcement
  • Fire Code
  • Issues within parks or trails
  • Roads
  • Snow/Ice
  • Tree
  • Utility
  • Website

City staff receives Farmington Fix requests during regular business hours. If a report comes in on a holiday, weekend or after-hours, it will be read on the next business day.

PLEASE NOTE: Farmington Fix is not to be used for emergencies. For urgent matters that require immediate attention or a police response, call 9-1-1.
