The city publishes photos that were taken by photographers who submit their Farmington photos for use in our digital and print publications. You may have noticed these beautiful photos on the city's website!

How to Share Your Photo

Visit Share Farmington Photo to share your photo. You will need to answer the following questions on the form:

• Upload photo (png or jpg)
• Enter the image name
• Enter the location of the photo
• Additional information about the photo
• Was this photo taken at a City of Farmington event/program?
• If so, where?
• Enter your full name
• Enter your email address
• Photo releases

About Submitting a Photo

By submitting your photo, you are confirming that you are the photographer and/or the copyright holder, and you grant the City of Farmington permission to use the image. Please review the following:

• Only submit photos that were taken within Farmington city limits
• High resolution photos are preferred (no larger than 10 Megabytes)
• Submissions become the City of Farmington's property and will not be returned
• No compensation will be offered for your photo. Photo credit may be provided however, credit may not be noted in all instances
• You are responsible for providing a photo release when taking pictures of people; you must submit a signed photo release for them. A parent or guardian must provide written authorization for any photographs of minors. Download the appropriate release form and email Communications.
