The Farmington community currently offers 913 acres of park land, open space, and natural areas, which provide opportunities for residents to participate in active or passive activities. Forty-eight miles of paved trails, nature trails, and boardwalks provide areas for residents to recreate in natural settings and participate in such healthy activities as walking, biking, in-line skating, and running.
