Well 5

• A portion of the retaining wall between the Well 5 driveway and the boulevard of English Avenue is failing. Engineering design is underway to replace the entire wall with a prefabricated modular block wall, using much larger blocks, and with a new drain tile system.
• The work will be advertised for bids this fall but, based on weather and site conditions, construction activity may not begin until spring of 2024.
