2024 Street and Utility Improvements

Preparation of a feasibility report for the project is underway. The project area is in the vicinity of Sixth Street/Maple Street.

An Open House was held at City Hall on Oct. 25, 2023. No design information was presented. Instead, the focus was on gathering information from property owners on concerns they may have about the project.
No special assessments to property owners are proposed for the street and utility improvements.
A survey crew has completed preparation of the topographic surveys of the project area.
Soil borings by Terracon are expected to be completed by Nov. 10, 2023.
Hydro-Vac, Inc. has been authorized to begin televising the sanitary and storm sewer pipes to document the pipe conditions.
