Thanks to a collaboration between the Farmington Police Department and Farmington Parks & Recreation Department, we are excited to announce this new event Helmet Heroes! The Farmington Police Department secured a grant from the Minnesota Chiefs of Police Association and received a donation of bike helmets from Children's Minnesota. There will be helmet fitting provided as well. To round out the event the Parks & Recreation Department is bringing in Downtown Bicycles of Northfield to talk about bike care and repair before a community bike ride.
