It is an incredible honor to serve as Chief of Police in a community as strong and supportive as Farmington. Our department is made up of dedicated men and women who come to work each day with one common goal: to keep Farmington a safe and welcoming place to live, work, and raise a family.

Our officers and staff serve around the clock, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Whether responding to emergencies, working with schools, investigating crimes, or connecting with residents at community events, every member of our team is committed to protecting and serving with integrity, compassion, and professionalism.

We recognize that policing is about more than enforcement, it is about building relationships, solving problems together, and earning trust through transparency and accountability. I am proud of the way our department embraces these values and works in partnership with the people of Farmington.
