Highway 3 Corridor Plan

Farmington is embarking on a planning effort that will result in a Highway 3 Corridor Plan.  Highway 3 is a state highway with existing land use incompatibilities including a mix of residential homes and businesses. Several smaller redevelopment efforts and projects involving new construction or redevelopment of existing buildings have occurred in recent years.

The city is looking for public input on the corridor plan.  Visit the Social Pinpoint website here.
